Jiffy Junk was responsive immediately from when I called to when they showed up to remove much of the furniture and large appliances. They provided a fare estimate at the start of the service and were courteous, hardworking, and conscientious about my property and belongings. I highly recommend their services and would use them again in an instant.
Their team called to let me know when they would be arriving! They were so kind and courteous. They moved quickly, loading up all of our junk. They went above and beyond to accommodate things that they did not know were requested. Their professionalism was commendable, especially for their line of work. I know our basement was hot and on a summer day, sheesh! The spaces were left tidy and empty. Literally the best crew, and we are so happy with the results. Would highly recommend!
This is an absolutely amazing experience. I had called the afternoon before for a shed removal that had to be done ASAP. They arrived first thing in the morning for an estimate and I agreed on the spot. They instantly started the job and were responsible, clean, and professional. He was genuine and had a deep passion of making sure we were satisfied and everything would be left in great condition after removal. On the business office level, they were efficient with phone calls, photos, and follow up satisfaction inquires. You really can't go wrong!! Jiffy Junk was thorough, punctual, and efficient, and all of the employees were patient and diligent. I was recommended to them by a family member who also had a positive experience. It is a little costly, but the convenience it affords to have your furniture, garbage, carpet, curtain rods and brackets, and even bolted-down or heavy items removed and taken so you don't have to deal with it yourself was well worth it to me. I didn't have anyone physically capable or willing to assist, so I needed the help. I was grateful to have it and even more grateful they were on time and did everything without damaging the apartment or common areas. They were also just lovely people. Even the person I arranged the appointment with. I was running late and called at the last minute, but they still accommodated me. I would highly recommend.
